Below are all the links to the run and bike routes on strava if you need to view them a different way or download them differently.  You can also save directly to your Garmin devices from my routes by starring them and following the guidance here : https://support.strava.com/hc/en-us/articles/115000919304--Syncing-Strava-Routes-to-your-Garmin-Device . This will save you loads of time.

 

Also please set live track to add in at least your partners email and micjamtay@gmail.com  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aSrR4DXn5Ps   . That demo is easy to follow and livetrack starts automatically. Easy to setup for watch or bike computer.
