On a beautiful September morning over 600 competitors took part in St Neots triathlon series race 3.
The event was sold out for weeks as it was also the qualifier for the 2019 European Championships.
With such a large entry, the races were really fast and competitive and Nicetri members certainly did their club proud.
Top pick would be Michaela Ridley who romped home for first in her age group with 1:39:14.
Also on their respective podiums were Gavin Osborn 3rd with 1:22:00 and Tracey Crowley also 3rd with 1:32:03.
Andy Neeves after his recent Ironman success smashed his personal best with 1:25:54 closely followed by Paul Pankhurst with 1:26:36.
Finally 2 husbands had to bask in their wife’s glory for the day with Paul Ridley finishing in 1:27:44 and Colm Crowley in 1:34:03.
A great finish to a fantastic season for Nicetri triathlon club.
